All items are handmade so please allow up to 5 working days for your item to be shipped. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail, First Class Signed For. Please get in touch if you need you order sooner and we will try our best to accommodate this.
Returns
We hope you are 100% happy with your order but if not, we will offer you a refund or exchange. If you would like to return something please contact hello@hanmadetextiles.com within 14 days of receiving order.
The item must be sent back in the original packaging, and in it's original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for return shipping costs or lost parcels.
